Please update this article with following

1. The JAR is not allowing to start the Sonar

2. Shell Script can't run directly, to run it we need to change the mode using chmode

3. Getting "Slather failing - running Sonar-Qube with an Xcode project. Error code: 127" error, I solved using sudo gem install slather
